NACUE funding and development opportunities
Through the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs (NACUE) Liverpool Hope University are able to access the fantastic opportunities being offered to students as part of NACUE's celebration of global entrepreneurship week.
An overview of the opportunities:
- 'The Wall' - This is an online community space where students can access all the information they need in order to start a business. They can research and plan ideas, find funding opportunities and connect with other students and enterprise societies. The Wall also offers a live lounge where guest speaker’s talk on their areas of expertise and experiences and students can ask any questions.
- Ignition fund - This is a grant of £5000 designed to support student ventures within enterprise societies. They are however asking most applicants to find £1000 worth of match funding. Students apply by sending a two minute video pitch explaining what they would do with the money and produce a project proposal explaining what their project is and what it entails.
NACUE are accepting applications in 3 rounds:
19th November - 19th December 2014
14th January - 11th February 2015
11th March - 8th April 2015
