Books from Hope stock can be supplied by postal loan. Only two week loan items can be posted out; reference, 24 hour and seven day loan items cannot be supplied. Items will be loaned for three weeks and can be renewed up to three times by phone or via the catalogue (provided the item has not been reserved by another user).
Photocopies of book chapters or journal articles can also be supplied by post to your home address. If the item is not in Hope's collection, a copy can be requested from another library using the inter library loan service.
Once you have identified a book, journal article or book chapter that you require, complete the appropriate form with all the details:

Ensure the Copyright Declaration on the photocopy request form has been completed

Postal loan of a book: Postal charge of £4.00 will be applied. Standard undergraduate loan limit of 10 items at any one time apply.
Students are responsible for ensuring items are returned by the due date, if an item is late the fines will accrue.
Photocopies of Journal Articles or book chapters: £2.00 per item will be charged. The copyright declaration section of the form MUST be signed before an item is supplied.
Inter-Library Loan Journal Articles: £2.00 per item will be charged, with 15 requests permitted a year. If additional items are required above the limit then the charge will be £10.00 for each extra request.
