The Online Store is the standard corporate system which offers a service for all University Departments. This facility allows departments to take online payments and bookings.
The Online Store card payment pages can cater for everything from simple payments for physical items such as books and DVD’s to document ordering, admins fees, field trips, transcripts qualifications and certificates, as well as more specialised set ups for conference and events bookings and short courses.
We also have many free items on the Store; this has been very popular over the past 12 months with many departments using the Store to gather information when registering for a conference or free event. Over 2,500 delegates registered for free events at Hope University via the Online Store.
Any process where departments need to take payment and/or capture booking or registration details can be set up to run automatically using this service, sending the money to a designated project code with all the information available via excel friendly reports.
