The Counselling and Mental Health Service at Liverpool Hope University runs up until Friday 1st July

Drop-in sessions will continue until this date as follows:

Monday 12-2pm
Tuesday 12-2pm
Wednesday 12-2pm
Thursday 12-2pm
Friday 12-2pm

 

If you require any support after this date please contact one of the following:

-         If experiencing thoughts of self harm or suicide which you feel you may act upon attend A&E or call 999 for an ambulance (if in halls contact 3800 at Hope Park or 3700 at Creative Campus who will contact emergency services on your behalf)

-         Your GP surgery

-         Out of hours GP service 111 (national number)

-         Samaritans 116 123

-         Papyrus HopeLine 0800 684141 (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and 7pm-10pm; 2pm - 5pm weekends)

-         Saneline 0300 304 7000 (7 days a week 6-11pm)

-         The contacts listed in your crisis plan / mental health support plan including friends and family members

-         MIND Infoline 0300 123 3393 (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm)

-         CALM Helpline 0800 58 58 58 (5pm-12pm) also webchat facility

-         Students Against Depression

-         Student Minds
