Liverpool Hope University is celebrating being recognised as one of the best universities in the UK for overall student satisfaction.
With an overall student satisfaction rate of 92% Liverpool Hope University tops the table for the North West and is in the top four universities for student satisfaction in the UK in the annual National Student Survey.
The National Student Survey (www.thestudentsurvey.com) asks final year students at every publicly funded Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the UK to rate their experience by stating to what extent they agree with a set of 23 questions across eight categories.
Nationally, Liverpool Hope ranks top for assessment and feedback, top two for academic support, top three for teaching, and top four for overall satisfaction .
Of universities in the North West, Liverpool Hope tops the table in seven out of eight categories and for the second year running is ranked top for student satisfaction with teaching, academic support, assessment and feedback, and personal development.
Specific courses including Computing and Sport and Exercise Science received 100% overall satisfaction rates

Subject areas at Liverpool Hope given 100% student satisfaction rates include:
Computer Science; History; Theology and Religious Studies; Marketing.
99% of Initial Teacher Training students were satisfied with their overall experience.
Courses with 90% and above overall satisfaction rates include:
Media and Communication (93%); Creative and Performing Arts (92%); Design (92%); Human Biology (90%); Social Work (90%). 
Liverpool Hope’s Students' Union satisfaction rate is also above the national average and places them in the top four in the North West. This marks a successful year for Liverpool Hope Students’ Union, in which they were shortlisted for an NUS award and the SU Vice President for Education was shortlisted for International Students’ Officer of the Year.
