How do I change my contact details on the Communications Directory/Staff Index?

Please contact the HR to do this for you.

The HR Database will be updated as soon as we make the changes, whereas the Staff Index will be updated automatically the following the next refresh (It is refreshed every Monday Night at 6pm).

Where can I find a copy of the new Salary Scales?

The new single pay spine is available to download from this link.

I am an hourly paid member of staff and I have not been paid this month. What do I do?

Has your eligibility to work been checked and verified and all new starter forms filled in and submitted to the relevant department, failure to do this will delay any payments until the next payroll month. Have you completed a time sheet for the hours you have done and submitted this to your Faculty Admin Office or Line Manager. Timesheets are available on this site under Policy & Procedure / Payments.

If so, contact your Faculty Admin Office and check that they have sent your form on to Payroll.

If you are still having problems, contact Personnel on 3189 or hr@hope.ac.uk.

When are the Payroll Deadlines?

Payroll deadline dates are available to download on this link. Please be aware that all submissions must be made to your department admin / payroll before the deadline. Any subsequent submissions will be carried over to the next month.
